Policy Guidelines:

1. Respect for All: All individuals interacting with Insight Clinic are expected to treat others with respect and dignity. Discriminatory language, behavior, or actions that undermine the safety, comfort, or well-being of any person will not be tolerated.

2. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, including but not limited to verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional harassment, is strictly prohibited. This applies to interactions between clients, staff, and visitors.

3. Equal Access to Services: We ensure that all individuals, regardless of their background or characteristics, have equal access to our services and receive the same level of care and support.

4. Reporting Discrimination: Any individual who feels they have been subjected to or have witnessed discriminatory behavior should report it to clinic management immediately. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly and confidentially.

• Provide support and resources for individuals affected by the behavior.

6. Right to Terminate Services: Insight Clinic reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in discriminatory, harassing, or violent behavior that disrupts the safety and well-being of others. The decision to terminate services will follow a formal review of the situation, including consideration of the circumstances and any previous incidents.

7. Continued Education: Insight Clinic is committed to continuous education and training of staff to foster awareness and understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
