Credit Card Details for Booking Confirmation
All fee-paying clients are required to provide valid credit card details at the time of booking to secure their appointment. This includes bookings for both in-person and Telehealth sessions. No charges will be made to the card until after the session or in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Payments
Payment for each session is processed after the session has been completed. Clients can choose to pay via their credit card on file, or an alternative payment method before the session ends. Any outstanding fees will be automatically charged to the provided credit card after the session.
Cancellation, Non-Attendance, and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations, non-attendance, or requests to reschedule must be made at least 4 business days before the scheduled appointment. As each session is reserved exclusively for you, any changes made without sufficient notice impact our ability to accommodate others. For late cancellations or rescheduling with less than 4 business days’ notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged to the credit card on file. In the case of non-attendance without notice, the full session fee will be charged.
No-Show Policy
If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without giving 4 business days’ notice, the full session fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Confidentiality and Security
All credit card information is stored securely and processed in compliance with data protection regulations. Insight Clinic Mental Health Services uses an encrypted and secure payment system to ensure the safety of clients' payment details.
Prepayment for Telehealth Sessions
For Telehealth bookings, clients may be required to prepay for the session at the time of booking. If prepayment is required, clients will be informed during the booking process, and the payment will be charged to the credit card provided.
Disputed Charges
In case of any disputes or discrepancies regarding charges, clients are encouraged to contact Insight Clinic Mental Health Services immediately. The clinic will review the charge and work with the client to resolve any concerns.
Credit Card Expiry or Decline
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that their credit card details are up to date. If a payment is declined due to expired or invalid credit card details, the client will be contacted to update their payment information. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in the cancellation of future appointments until the matter is resolved.
