Policy for Overriding Fees in Emergency or Unforeseen Situations

At Insight Clinic, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise unexpectedly. While we maintain our fee policies to ensure fairness and consistency, we also value the human aspect of our relationships with clients.

Policy Guidelines:

1. For Long-Term Clients:

If you are a long-term client with an established relationship with us, we may override a fee on one occasion only, upon request, under unforeseen or emergency circumstances. This decision will be made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of your request and our previous engagements.

2. For New Clients:

If you are a new client and an emergency situation arises, our staff will guide you through a channeled assessment process to determine the suitability of overriding an invoice or offering a payment plan. The outcome will depend on the specifics of your situation, the documentation provided, and our evaluation process.

3. Timely Communication:

Regardless of your relationship length with us, it is mandatory to inform us in a timely manner if you wish to request an invoice override or payment plan for non-attendance or attended sessions. Failure to do so may result in the request being denied.
