This includes cancellation, non-attendance, or a request to reschedule without sufficient notice. A full session fee (AUD193.99) will be charged for less than 48 hours of cancellation, request to reschedule, or nonattendance. A 48 hours notice allows us to have sufficient time to fill that appointment slot with someone in need. We appreciate your adhering to our cancellation/reschedule policy.

Insight Clinic Mental Health Services offers NDIS-funded Mental Health Assessment and Psychological Therapy including Individual Counselling Sessions for various mental health issues. You must be an NDIS participant with funding allocated for psychological services to be eligible for this program. Please visit our NDIS page for further information.
