Insight Clinic Telehealth

Payment Terms for Online Appointments

Booking and Payment
Full payment for all online appointments is required at the time of booking. Payment can be made via credit card through our secure online payment system. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted system to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.

Appointment Confirmation
Your appointment will be confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your booking. If payment is not received, the appointment will not be scheduled.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Cancellation with 4 Business Days’ Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 4 business days' notice. Cancellations made within this period will receive a full refund.
b. Late Cancellation (Less than 4 Business Days' Notice): Cancellations made with less than 4 business days' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. If the session was paid in full at the time of booking, you will receive a 50% refund.
c. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will apply, and no refund will be issued.

Late Payments
In the event of a failed payment or outstanding balance, clients are responsible for settling any due payments before further sessions can be scheduled. Ongoing sessions may be suspended until all outstanding fees are cleared.

Session Duration and Fees
Online appointment fees are based on session duration and type of service. Please refer to our pricing structure listed on the website for details. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled time, regardless of the time the session begins, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Technical Issues
If technical issues arise on our end that prevent the session from proceeding, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost. If technical issues on the client's side disrupt the session, the full session fee will still apply.

Insurance and Medicare Rebates
If you are eligible for insurance or Medicare rebates, you are responsible for processing claims with your provider. Payment for appointments must be made in full regardless of rebates.
